My First Day at College
After passing my matriculation examination,I got admission in tfhe local DAV college.On the first day I walked majestically towards the college in my best clothes. As I entered the main gate,I Met a group of senior students,They advised me to go to the principal and pay him regards.One of them directed me to the principal's office . I went in and found myself among girls Common room.The girls began to laugh an i left the room hurriedly in a bad mood. Fortunately I met naveen ,my cousin.He took me to the notice board where i noted down the time table. All my periods were in room numbers 4 and 9.Naveen directed me to these rooms .we were taught history in the first period .The professor was very nice and master of his subject.The next period was in philosophy .The young professor narrated some incidents from his personal life and advised us to work hard right from the begining .Next period was free.so i went to the library and read the morning newspaper.Then I attended three more periods and returned home in the afternoon
